Grayson Search Partners was founded with a singular mission: to be a true partner to our clients and our candidates throughout their business and career paths.

For us, it’s personal. Back in 2014, a group of us left traditional search positions and established Grayson Search Partners. We shared a similar vision — focusing on the markets we know best — on how to provide superior client service in executive search and professional recruiting. We formed Grayson Search Partners with three very specific ideas from which to build out a team:

  • Focus. We can’t be all things to all people. We focus on our areas of strength, where we have the expertise and a record of success: Finance & Accounting and Information Technology.
  • Value. Some recruitment agencies take a transactional, win-at-all-costs approach to recruitment. We don’t transact; we add value. We help our clients build successful, sustainable teams.
  • Ethics. We do the right thing.
