Nicole excels at helping clients improve performance and culture by connecting them to ideal candidates, as well as connecting candidates to work they love. She has done both successfully for more than 20 years.

Nicole attributes part of her success to having worked in finance for a Fortune 500 technology company. It helped her understand what it takes to be part of a successful team and how to attract the best talent. Results-driven in all she does, Nicole is relentless when it comes to helping her candidates and clients achieve success. One of Nicole’s strengths is her interest in people. She has a genuine concern for the candidates she works with and the clients she supports. Direct, tenacious and highly self-motivated, Nicole, was the ninth hire at her former firm. She helped it grow nationally before branching out with her Grayson Search partners.

Nicole graduated with a BA in economics from the University of Michigan. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time and two children, reading, cooking, golf and socializing.
