Matt, an executive and professional recruiter with almost 20 years of successful placement experience, began his career working in finance for a Fortune 500 company. A genuine people person with an innate curiosity, Matt was told by a recruiter friend that he would make an excellent headhunter. He found a recruiting role with a growing national staffing firm in Chicago, where he spent 13 years before joining forces with his partners to launch Grayson Search Partners in 2014.
Matt’s peers and clients hold him in high regard for building a vast network of lasting relationships based on trust and performance. What drives Matt is knowing that what he does can have life-changing effects and positive impacts on the people and businesses he represents.
He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Missouri and earned his MBA in finance from St. Louis University. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, cycling and travel.
